George Olt (General Manager) rendered excellent service from selection of material (he looked at every single sample in the showroom with me) through installation. George always returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me informed. The two installers were prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job; they even offered advice on which way the planks should run. I took their advice, they were right!! My job went smoothly from beginning to end. I highly recommend Neal’s and George Olt.

I want to thank the staff of Neal’s Wood Flooring for their timely and dedicated support. I recently had my floors sanded, stained, and finished. The staff explained the process and what I could expect each day. The floors came out looking great!! I would recommend the dustless sanding to anyone interested in refinishing their floors.
